Please provide references for anything you want me to draw, whether it's original characters or specific poses you want to request. I require reference photos if you want me to draw a real person, pet, etc. This is so I am able to get your commission as close to how you want it as possible.

One-color and simple pattern backgrounds are included, such as gradients or circle/square shapes. If no exact idea is given for the color and/or shape, I'll choose what I think fits best with your comm.

Please request a comm/contact me via email ([email protected]), Instagram (@puffdragondraws), Tumblr or Discord (@moshipebb), so we are able to keep in touch. I will send progress updates and answer any questions you have to the best of my ability this way. Also, if anything comes up on my end that impedes the progress on your commission, I will discuss it with you so you are aware.

Commissions can take anywhere from a week to several months to complete, due to varying factors of the prompt or what's happening in my life at that time. If you have a certain deadline you wish the comm to be completed by, please let me know in advance.

All prices are listed in USD, and I accept payment upfront! This will be after we have agreed on a prompt and other specifics, and I will get started on your comm after I receive your payment.

At this time, all payments will be made over PayPal, my profile is @puffddraws! I ask that you please use the "Friends-and-Family" option (if you are paying with the "Goods-and-Services" option, please let me know ahead of time).

Refunds are available until I finish the initial sketch and get your approval. Otherwise, there will be no refunds unless something happens on my end and I am not able to complete your comm for whatever reason (I will provide updates and discuss this with you if something does happen).

Your art piece is meant for personal use ONLY, I do not allow my work to be used for anything related to merchandise (anything to make a profit off of my work), NFTs, or generative AI. I also do not allow my work to be used to promote harmful and/or anti-LGBTQ+ ideas or speech.

You are allowed to post the piece and/or use it as a profile photo, all I ask is that you credit me! If I use your commission as an example in the future, I will only use a watermarked version stating that it was a commission (all my pieces contain a signiature, comm or not). If you do not want me to use your comm as an example, for privacy or any other reason, please let me know! It's not a problem at all, I just need to be aware.

I keep all personal information about commissioners to myself and do not share it under any circumstance, and expect that you do the same. If I find that you have shared anything about me publicly without permission and gone against this rule, I will refuse to work with you again in the future.
